Apple will continue to Dominate Mobile Tech World in 2012

Apple knows very well how to grab maximum attention from the people. It recently released iPad3 in March, 2012 and now the world is expecting a next major release of iPhone5 this year.

Today, iPad has become second largest business products for Apple Inc., after iPhone. The release of iPhone5 id scheduled in the mid of this year with a redesigned exterior.

Apple was rated as World’s top smartphone vendor in the year 2011 by selling approximate 472 million iPhone mobile devices to end users. It is being forecasted by most of the reports that Apple will continue to dominate the mobile market worldwide in the year 2012 as well. Also, the total sales made by Apple in 2011 accounted 31 percent of all mobile sales.

In October 2011, iPhone4S was launched and the sales reached up to 35.5 million soon after its release. According to the research done, iPhone4S is rated as top selling mobile for the October month at AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon. With the launch and immediate success of iPhone4S, it can be well predicted that what will be the situation after the release of iPhone5.

If we talk about iPad, report says that iPad will continue dominating the tablet market in the year 2012. A lot has been talked about the latest release of iPad3 and its advanced features. With this release, Apple claims that it will dominate the global market overall with a 61.4 percent share in 2012. With Apple’s iPad3 and many other releases by Microsoft, Google, and Amazon, it is assumed that the worldwide sales of tablet devices will almost double to 118.9 million units this year.

Also, this year it is assumed that Apple will release a 15-inch MacBook Pro which will be updated version of the current MacBook Air. Also, there are plans of Apple of releasing new designed 11.6, 13.3, and 15.4 inch models of MacBook Air. Both MacBook Pro and MacBook Air will be featuring some hardware updates that will improve the overall performance.
